I work as an energetic healer
My name is Phina and I work as an energetic healer and workshop facilitator under the name ZANA Healing. I am 39 years young and I am currently living in the north of the Netherlands where I help people with Healing work, Clearings and Readings. In my private time I like to walk in nature, travel, do photoshoots, ecstatic dance and read books on mindset and esoteric topics.
As a child, my mother told me “You often know things before they happen”…I knew from a young age that there was more to experience than what we could normally see and touch. But as is true for many of us, my gifts were denied as a child, under the guise of ‘that does not exist’. That’s how I stopped believing.
And … yet I didn’t. For example, I’ve always been aware that I can feel the energy and intentions of people and animals.
When I was 24, my clairvoyant and clairsentient gifts slowly came up, but this also put me in an awakening process. I was asked to look at my traumas, limiting beliefs, and patterns. Fortunately, some beautiful people came on my path who supported me in this process. I also got to know my spirit guides. The two main ones are Archangel Michael and the keeper of the violet flame; St. Germain.
I know, it sounds pretty out there, but for me, this is unquestionable. It has also been confirmed to me by other mediums.
I got to know my spirit guides
They accompanied me in my own healing process that took place both physically, emotionally and energetically. Thus I have been able to experience and integrate an important path of healing. It’s not an easy task and healing is never a quick fix. I was introduced to the power of energetic work and esoteric knowledge. I’ve been opened to this by my guides. They showed me how to influence and improve my reality. Through visualization, stating intentions and energetic work.
We are powerful creatures! Only we forgot that the moment we came to Earth. As a young woman dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout and a pain in my nervous system that was continuously present for several months. I grew to a woman who learned that her emotions delivered an important message to her and that expressing them brought healing. On all layers.
I opened up my capacity to channel energy and healed through the frequency of St. Germain, Archangel Michael and Raphael my emotional, energetic and even physical state. Oh and in case you are wondering, yes, angels are real.
Now I’m physically pain-free and I’ve been allowed to go into my deepest pieces. And I am forever grateful for the healing of my nervous system.
Spirit also brought me on the path of the power of thoughts and how to bend them. I studied Neuro linguistic programming and cognitive behavioral therapy. This offered me a lot of insights and I found out how important your mindset is, how we shape it and how we can transform it into a more positive frame and what the impact of this is on our state of being.
I knew something had to change
Later I added Non-violent communication into the mix to learn about our patterns in communication. Our society hasn’t been taught how to connect and communicate. Not about our feelings, wants and needs. In my own life this gave me a lot of hardship, so I knew something had to change. And the only factor you can change is yourself.
They also let me know that there was a different path than Western medicine. To soothe my pain and anxiety and give my body a chance to recover, they brought me on the path of supplements. They let me know what natural substances were available and how they could help me.
I took up running, frequent walks in nature and took the time to meditate every day. And then I came to the conclusion that the cliché, that all of these things actually play a big part in how we feel, it’s completely true. My state of being has been shifted big time.
I came to the conclusion
This provided me with the space inside myself that made it possible for me to channel energy. They showed me how to perform healing techniques guided by their energy. They taught me how to remove negative energy from peoples energy fields and later on also from buildings, sites, etc.
I am a channel for them to transmit their higher frequencies to the face of the earth. It sounds big and for me it is! I am forever grateful to do the work I’m doing.
This trip was incredible and I wouldn’t do it any justice by trying to summarize it. I have been able to translate the experiences from this journey into workshops, healing sessions, clearings and readings. On the page ‘services’ you can read more about the services I offer.
