Our intuition is our most valuable skill in life. It can tell you where to go, how to handle situations, what to eat, and what your purpose is in life. Yet in this world it is hard to hear the wisdom of your inner voice.

Programming since childhood of who we are supposed to be or how we should live our lives. The food we digest, the information we consume through media, loud noises, busy streets, and so on. When do you get the chance to hear your inner voice, my friend?

It’s when we connect to nature, find ourselves in silence, and breathe in the mountain air that we find ourselves more attuned.

Soul alignment sessions help you on an energetic level to fortify the connection with your soul/higher self. We will work with the third eye and the crown chakra, gently encouraging the connection and energy flow of your soul and your physical body. You are always connected, yet in many cases the flow is not in its optimal form.

This initiation will bring you more awareness and guidance in your daily life. I will also hand you tools to work with your connection daily.

This session will set in motion a process of further awakening. No healing session in the world is a quick fix. However, I am always open to receiving questions as you move further on your path.
